The US Department of Agriculture overnight issued February 21 ratings for the condition of the US winter wheat crop in most major growing states.
The table below lists the readings, in terms of the percentage of crop rated "good" or "excellent, plus gives their change on the late January reading, and on November 29, the date of the USDA last, pre-winter nationwide data.
